- Login to O365 account
- Go to Inbox
- Right click on the email for which the forwarding rule is to be created.
- Select Create Rule from the menu that appears
5. On the dialog box provide the information required for the rule, including criteria shown below.
6. Select redirect option as mentioned from the Dropdown from the “Do all of the following”
7. After clicking on Redirect Option, directly give the Zipper Agent Email ID at the top. You can also select a certain contact in your system.
8. Click Save. Final screen should look like below. Press OK.
