The Contact List page contains tons of information at a quick glance. When you first log into the CRM, you will land upon your list of contacts.
The Contact List page allows for customization so that you can see the most pertinent information for your business. You can sort the contacts by name alphabetically, by create date, and by last updated with the toggles.
You also have the ability to customize the columns that are visible as well as the order of them. To do this you must click on the icon in the top right hand side next to Create New.
You can then toggle back and forth between the columns you wish to show on your display page. On the left you will see the options you have to choose from. The fields on the right are those that are currently displaying on the page. You can drag and drop the fields to reorder.
Once you have the fields in the order you prefer, you can work straight from the list page. You can send an email by clicking on the email link, add or remove categories and tags, and chance statuses. This allows you to change quick contact details without having to click into a contact.
There are multiple different menus that you can adjust and use on the contact list page.
- Search - Search by contact name or email
- Filter - Filter your contacts by category, status, assignment, or create any advanced filters
- Action Menu - Add contacts to drip campaigns, add the same tag to multiple contacts, send out emails, delete contacts, perform more actions (de-duplicate records, bulk updates, share, archive), customize columns, and create new contacts
- View Manager - Choose the count of contacts you view on one page (10, 20, 50, 100) and move from one page to the next
