The Contact List page contains useful at a glance. To navigate to the Contact List page is as follows.
Go to the main menu and click Contacts then select contacts:
On the left you will see the filter function, which is helpful in quickly segmenting your contacts by category, status or assignment.
You can collapse the filter by clicking the icon.
You can clear any selected filters by clicking X on the filter button.
The Contact List page can also be customized so that you can see the most pertinent information to your business. Contacts can be sorted by name alphabetically, create date, and last updated with the toggles.
You can customize the the visibility and order of columns by clicking on the first icon to the left of the Create New button.
You can then toggle back and forth between the columns you want to show on your display page. On the left are the options you can choose from, while the fields on the right are those currently being displaying on the page. You can reorder the fields by dragging and dropping them.
Once the fields are in the preferred order, you can work straight from the list page. You can send an email by clicking on the email link, add or remove categories and tags, and change statuses of contacts. This allows you to change quick details without having to click into the contact.
There are a variety of menus that you can adjust and use on the contact list page.
- Search - by contact name or email
- Filter - by category, status, assignment, or create any advanced filters
- Action Menu - Add contacts to drip campaigns, add the same tag to multiple contacts, send out emails, delete contacts, perform more actions (de-duplicate records, bulk updates, share, archive), customize columns, and create new contacts
- View Manager - Choose the count of contacts you view on one page (10, 20, 50, 100) and move from one page to the next
