Zipper Agent allows you to automatically follow up with your contacts and new leads. To do so, you will create Rules found in the Activities main menu drop down.
Important: If you are an admin, you can create rules that will apply to all users. This is done in the Admin page under settings. Any rule that is created in the Activities menu will strictly be for that one account.
Rule #2. You can choose to set the Trigger to begin upon creation of the contact or when the contact is updated. You can then choose Contacts or Opportunities as the module. Then you will give the Rule a title.
Rule #3. You will set the conditions of the rule. If you want to make a Rule that says each time a new contact is created from the website, they get put on a drip campaign, you will choose Source EQUALS (=) Website.
Rule #4. You can add multiple layers of conditions if you want to be more precise. Once all conditions are set you can add in the Action to be performed. You can choose from sending emails, adding to drip campaigns, creating a task, or scheduling meetings. For the Rule that we are creating, we will select Add to Drip. You then can search all the active drip campaigns in your CRM and select the one you want to apply. You can also select the time-frame of when this will go into action after creation.
Rule #5. Hit save!
The Rule list page will show you all rules that have been created in your account. You are able to edit and filter the rules on this page.
