ZipperAgent offers self-subscription where users can upgrade their accounts or plans by making payments. These upgrades provide additional features, expanded user access, IDX website & other benefits.
The process for upgrading your account involves the following steps:
Step 1: Login to your account & click on ‘Admin’ under Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to ‘Subscription’ under Billing & Subscription.
Step 3: On the subscription page, there is an option to upgrade your account.
Step 4: These options include different pricing plans or add-on features. Choose a plan & click on ‘Buy Now’.
Step 5: Add users as per your need and click on ‘Review Order’.
Step 6: Before finalizing the upgrade, review the details of the plan, including any changes in pricing, number of users, subscription type and terms. Ensure that it meets your requirements. Click on ‘Make Payment’.
Step 7: Fill in the details (Name, Address, Country & Zip Code). Click on ‘Payment Info’.
Step 8: Once you've filled up all the details, you will be prompted to make the payment. Fill in the card details and click on ‘Pay’.
Step 9: After the payment is processed successfully, you will be redirected to the Subscription page. It will now show your card details, name of the plan and payment history. You will now be able to access all the modules.
Note: You can also update your card details by clicking on the ‘Update Card Details’ button at the top right.
