ZipperAgent mobile app is capable of sending push notifications directly to your phone and linking back to the app. You can also set up text notifications so you know when to check the app. If you want to receive text notifications, make sure that your mobile phone is correctly entered into your user profile.
If you want to ensure that you receive push notifications, double check the settings on your phone. If you navigate to the notifications section of your phone's settings you will be given a list of all the apps downloaded on your phone capable of sending notifications. Choose ZipperAgent and make sure you enable it to allow notifications.
As push notifications come through, you will be able to view them from the lock screen of your phone. Clicking into a notification will bring you to the corresponding contact or opportunity.
