Save time. Stay consistent. Delight your clients all within your CRM.
A Drip Campaign is a powerful series of automated, pre-written emails sent to clients on a schedule based on a specific automation or timing sequence. This essential tool not only saves you countless hours but also ensures your communications are personalized and timely, solidifying your role as a trusted expert. It's genuinely effortless client engagement.
Why Drip Campaigns are More Efficient and Effective ✨
Drip campaigns optimize your client communication strategy by ensuring timely, relevant follow-up without manual effort.
- Automation: You write the series once, and the system sends it automatically, saving significant time for your team. ⏰
- Lead Nurturing: Drips consistently deliver value, keeping your brand top-of-mind, increasing engagement rates, and moving prospects toward a conversion. 🌱
-
Scalability: They allow you to effectively manage personalized communication for all of clients simultaneously. 📈
🔑 Step 1: Define Goal & Audience
Your campaign needs a clear purpose and a specific recipient group.
- Determine the objective (e.g., Welcome, Nurture, Renew).
- Identify the specific client segment.
- Tip: A defined goal helps keep the messages focused.
✍️ Step 2: Craft Your Content
Draft the messages and build the email templates
- Draft a series of concise emails. Each email should focus on one topic and include a clear, single Call-to-Action (CTA).
- From your main dashboard, go to the Settings menu at the upper right-hand side.
-
Click on Email Templates to view your existing templates and the option to create a new one.
To create a new one, click the Create New button and choose Standard Template.
Now, you can craft the content
- Template Name: This is an internal name to help you identify the topic of the template (e.g., "Buyer Drip: Listing Alert" or "Just Listed - New Colonial"). A good name helps you stay organized.
- Subject Line: Write a compelling subject line. A strong subject line is the first step to a high open rate.
-
Body Content: Write the main body of your email. This content can be used repeatedly, saving you from rewriting the same message.
Placeholders: Use placeholders (like [First Name]) to customize and refine your template content.
🗓️ Step 3: Build Your Drip Campaign Steps
-
Go the Setting menu and choose Drip Campaigns
-
Choose Create New on the right side.
-
Name the campaign and choose the specific auto pause options. The auto pause selections will allow for the campaign to pause when a customer responds to the drip campaign.
-
Decide on the Time Intervals between each email (e.g., send Email 2 three days after Email 1). Choose the days and wait periods from the left side. To select your pre-built email templates select Auto and then choose the name of your email template from the drop down. To add another step choose Add Step. Once you have built out all of your steps click Save.
🗂️ Step 3: Choose Your Trigger
- Set the action that enrolls the client and the schedule for the messages.
-
Go to Settings and choose Rules 👆
- Click on Create New on the right side
- Here you are able to set up triggers that will automatically add contacts to specific Drip Campaigns. Click save after creating each automation.
