The Contact List Page is your central hub for managing relationships. This guide explains how to navigate the list, customize your view, and perform bulk actions to stay organized.
Navigating to Your Contacts
To get started, select Contacts from the main navigation menu, then click Contacts again from the dropdown.
🔍 Finding the Right Contacts
Efficiency is key when managing a large database. Use these tools to find exactly who you’re looking for:
Quick Search: Use the search bar to find contacts instantly by name or email.
Filters: Located on the left sidebar, the filter tool allows you to segment your list by Category, Status, or Assignment.
Pro Tip: Click the Filter Icon to collapse the sidebar and save screen space.
Clear Filters: Click the X on any active filter button to return to your full list.
Sorting: Use the toggles at the top of the list to sort contacts alphabetically, by creation date, or by the last update.
⚙️ Customizing Your View
Tailor the Contact List to show the data that matters most to your workflow.
Column Management
You can change which data fields appear in your list by clicking the Column Icon (located next to the "Create New" button).
Select Fields: Toggle fields on or off from the left-hand column.
Reorder: Drag and drop fields in the right-hand column to change their display order.
Page Size: Use the View Manager at the bottom of the page to choose how many contacts you see at once (10, 20, 50, or 100).
⚡ Quick Actions & Bulk Updates
You don’t always need to open a contact record to make changes. You can work directly from the list view.
Inline Editing: Click an email address to start a message, or update Categories, Tags, and Statuses directly from the row.
The Action Menu: Select multiple contacts to reveal the Action Menu. From here, you can:
Enroll contacts in Drip Campaigns.
Apply Bulk Tags or send group emails.
Manage Records: Use the "More Actions" menu to de-duplicate, archive, or perform bulk updates.
Need to add someone new? Click the Create New button in the top right corner to manually add a single contact to your database.
