Texting is one of the quickest ways to get a reply these days. ZipperAgent lets you send SMS messages right from the CRM, so all your conversations are saved and you don’t have to search through your personal phone to find lead details.
How to Create Text Templates
Stop re-typing the same messages. Create a library of templates to save hours every week.
- Go to Settings: Click the Settings gear in the top right.

Select SMS Templates: Choose this from the dropdown menu.
3. Create New: Click the Create New Template button.
4. Draft Your Message:
Template Name: Use a clear label (e.g., Buyer Follow Up - Day 1).
Personalize: Use Placeholders to automatically pull in details like the contact's name. Save: Once you're happy with the draft, click Save.

How to Send a Quick Text
1. Open the Contact: Navigate to Contacts > Contacts and click on the person’s name.
- Select SMS: Click Send SMS at the top of the contact details page.

Compose & Send: Type your message or click the Template dropdown to use one of your pre-saved responses.
- Hit Send: The entire conversation is automatically logged under the Activities or Communications tab for future reference.
Pro Tip: After leaving a voicemail for a new lead, immediately send a text. Response rates increase by nearly 40% when a text follows a missed call!
