On Desktop:
- FIrst go to Zipperhq.com and click on Login at the upper right hand side. Enter your ZipperHQ credentials.
- Next click on record & send. On the desktop app (or via the Chrome extension), you have the flexibility to record your screen, your webcam, or both simultaneously, making it the ideal choice for detailed product demos, contract walk-throughs, or technical tutorials.
On Mobile:
For those who need to stay connected while away from the office, the mobile app turns your smartphone into a portable studio, allowing you to snap and send quick video messages instantly.
Download the app for ZipperHQ from the App Store or Google Play.

1. Connect Your Accounts
Before you start recording, ensure your ZipperHQ account is linked to your CRM.
- Log into your ZipperAgent Account
- Navigate to the Integrations page (usually found in the top-right menu).
Locate ZipperHQ and click Connect.
Enter your ZipperHQ credentials to authorize the sync.Once integrated videos shot or uploaded in ZipperHQ app can be used in emails and sent to contacts right from ZipperAgent.
2. Navigate to your contacts by choosing Contacts in the main navigation menu and choosing Contacts from the dropdown.
3. Click on the contact name to open up the contact details. From there click send email.
4. Now click on insert video to choose a video from your ZipperHQ library.
