How to integrate Twilio for SMS and Dialer
ZipperAgent utilizes Twilio as a third-party integration, enabling users to send SMS texts and make calls to contacts directly from the CRM.
To take advantage of these features you must first add the Twilio number into your Account.
Step One: Go to settings on the right hand side and choose "Integrations”
Step Two: Scroll down the page and look for "Twilio" on the left hand side.
Step Three: Click on "Connect" then add your preferred area code. Now click on the drop down and choose a number.
Step 5: Go to profile from the settings menu and choose "Profile", then from the left hand side click on "General Settings". If your Twilio number appears in the "Registered Twilio Number" field then your number is integrated.
