🚀 Mastering Your Listings in ZipperAgent CRM
The Office Listings & My Listings module is your central hub within the ZipperAgent CRM for managing and showcasing properties. It provides powerful search capabilities (e.g., filtering by price and bed/bath count) and the essential feature to add custom virtual tours to your listings.
Here is a simple, step-by-step guide to connect your MLS ID and unlock this functionality.
1️⃣ Setting Up Your MLS ID Integration
Before you can see your own listings, you need to link your Agent or Office MLS ID to your CRM profile.
Step 1: Login to your ZipperAgent account & click on ‘Profile’ under Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to General Settings.
Step 3: Enter the Agent MLS ID/Office MLS ID in their respective fields using the inline edit option.
Step 4: Click on ‘My Listings' option under the ‘Properties’ menu.
Step 5: You will now be able to see all office listings as well as your own listings. You also have the ability to search based on price, beds, baths and add alternate virtual tour links (which will show up on the property details page on the website).
