1. Login to your Office 365 account
2. Go to Inbox
3. Right click the email for which the forwarding rule is to be created.
4. Select Create Rule from the menu that appears
5. In the dialog box, provide the information required for the rule, including criteria shown below.
6. From the Drop-down of “Do all of the following” you can select a redirect option.
7. After clicking on Redirect Option, enter the ZipperAgent Email ID at the top. You can also select a particular contact from within your system.
8. Click Save. Final screen should look like below. Press OK.
